- Night cleaning program includes, daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning and all facilities are inspected on nightly basis by an operations manager
- Carpet cleaning, at Sparkle Cleaning Services we can setup a cleaning program that is specific to your building needs and will leave your carpets look like they are new.
- Floor care, at Sparkle Cleaning Services we can setup a floor maintenance program that is specific to your building needs and can be done as often as you would like.
- Move in/out and Construction clean-up, we know it’s important for your facility to project a clean and inviting atmosphere for your new tenants. Sparkle can provide; suite cleaning, debris removal, carpet cleaning and other floor care.
- Office cleaning includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Empty trash
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Dust furniture, picture frames, baseboards and other surfaces
- Clean glass and mirrors
- Sweep and damp mop lobby, elevators and reception areas
- Clean and vacuum upholstery
- Properly arrange furniture
- Restroom cleanup and sanitizing
- Medical facility cleaning includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Empty, clean and sanitize all trash receptacles
- Dust and damp mop floors
- Damp wipe all counter-tops, sinks, polish all fixtures
- Dust ledges and baseboards
- Restroom cleanup and sanitizing
- School cleaning and other high traffic areas includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Empty trash
- Sweep and clean entrances
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Clean entry doors and polish door handles
- Dust and clean ledges and baseboards
- Clean and sanitize water fountains
- Sweep, dust mop and/or damp mop floors
